In my Task Manager Explorer.exe has my CPU running at 100% how can I fix this problem

Download Process Explorer from Sysinternals

Extract, run.Go to VIEW > SHOW PRACTICAL CPU usage
Make sure it is checked.

Look in the CPU column and relate what is consuming your CPU time

If you can, take a screen shot, or safe a log (FILE > SAVE) and attach it
