Thank you to wannabe1 and gerryf for all of their help in the Windows 2000 forum. They spent a great deal of time helping me on a problem that took 2 pages to solve!

They were both very patient with me and the problem ended up getting resolved.

Both of these two staff members deserve recognition.

Thanks again to them and to this site!
