Hi guys,
I had a problem whereby my browser cache was exceeding the maximum so internet was very slow. So I uninstalled the AOL software I had and installed AOL 6.0 that I knew was missing the adapter in my utilities menu. Now every thing works OK, but I get dumped after only a few minutes of internet inactivity. Would not having the adapter cause this? Thanks.

when you install the AOL client it should install everything with it and AOL should not boot you. if you have installed it there should be an application that sasy AOL system information or something like that. run that and clear your cache and then click rebuild the AOL adapter. after doing this you should really update to number 9.0 because that has all of the new updates. if this doesnt work please write back. Alos could i ask what connection you are unning (dial-up/ADSL, etc)
