well i think theres a problem with when i press the ctrl alt delte keys, normally theres like 6 tabs but these tabs dont show anymore since ive reformatted

Open up task manager again (that is what appears when you hit ctrl-alt-del) and double click any part of the outside border and the tabs will reappear.

I don't really know why they did that feature for the task manager... Seems pretty useless to me
