Computer really running slow

For some reason my computer started running really slow. I ran spybot S&D a web virus scan cleaned everything up and it is still running slow. I have attached the Hijack This log can someone help.

Download Process Explorer from Sysinternals

Extract, run.Go to VIEW > SHOW PRACTICAL CPU usage
Make sure it is checked.

Look in the CPU column and relate what is consuming your CPU time

Sorry I am new to this. It looks like internet explorer is driving most of the CPU usage.

screen capture would be helpful, or barring that, FILE > SAVE REPORT
