Hi there carlosm1 lets check if its a software or hardware error.

In Windows goto >Start
>All Programs
>Accessories
>Accessibility
>On-Screen Keyboard

Then open notepad, try typing something in notepad using "On-Screen Keyboard", does it give you the same resualt? (My guess = no, but if otherwise let me know)

Ok, does your keyboard use any drivers??? (Is it Plug and Play???) If it uses some kind of driver re-install the drivers.

If re-installing the drivers does not work or your keyboard is a plug and play, try using the keyboard on a different computer other than yours. Let me know what happends.

Goodluck :tazz:
