If we can't delete we can disable.
Right click on ikernel.exe as before this time click rename and call it ikernalold.exe
Then install the installsheild engine
Then the drivers
Hopefully this time we beat it
BTW Vie your doing great, we are getting into some intermediate level stuff here

When I do the CTRL/ALT/DEL it does not offer task master. I did see where ikernel was running and I ended task but when I tried to delete it from start menu I still got the message I couldn't delete it. Should I end the task and then try reinstalling the install shield?

I have now downloaded the driver but when I try to install it Firefox will only let me save to a disk. How do I disable Firefox so I can install?

You don't need to Vie
Save the file to disc and run it from your harddrive, the desktop is a good place so you can find it easier.
Remember run them in this order.
Installshield first
then Driver installation.
