explorer wont open

First let me thank you again for getting my other computer fixed. I had several problems and you made them all disappear. As a matter of fact you did such a good job that my wife made me get on hers right away.

First thing i notice is that explorer wont open at all, so i cant get online to download hijack this. She says this just started yesterday.

i ran spybot on my wifes computer and got explorer back. Thanks. I'll run adware and get a hijack and maybe you can tell me if there is anything that i missed.
