good day all friends

well, heres the story ::
im useing a 160 gig wd hd. and windows xp only sees 128
i found a program that will enable 46 bit lba and ran it.
now in disk management it shows 21 gigs of unallocated space

the problem is i cannot allocate ,format ,access it in any way.
i tried partition magic8 and all is well untill i apply it ,
then it just goes back to unallocated
windows xp disk management says to right click the space andselect new partition
but the option is not highlighted/available

suggestions,comments,ideas,name calling would all be welcomed

thank you fer yer time
