Accessing Business Email Site from Home PC

Hi there,

I'm technically challenged. My Dell laptop has been able to access my work email until recently, now I' can access the site using my password and secure id but after i'm into the website when trying to access my mail I get the following message:

iNotes is not available:

Your mail server or mail file has not been enabled for the service
or
Your mail server is currently not available

Can someone please help me? My employer's tech support people worked on my pc for over 1 hour but couldn't figure out the problem. -- Does anyone have any idea of what I can do so that I can once again access my work email from home.
