Hi

I need to make a 8 page newsletter.

We send out by post and also email (PDF)

We use the booklet format in Publisher to make the newsletter and use Duplex printers to print and so printing is not a problem.

However when we convert to PDF, the PDF file that is created is exactly how it comes out on the print.

I.E. Page one contains page 8 on the left hand side and page 1 on the right.
Page two contains page 7 on the left and page 2 on the right ...etc.

Is there a simple way of making it so it prints it with page 1 as page 1, page 2 as page 2 on the left and page 3 on the right ...etc LIKE YOU WOULD SEE IT ON THE SCREEN?

Hope you all understand?!

I don't use publisher...I use pagemaker for our newsletter. Not sure this will help, but is there a function in adobe that allows you to number the pages automatically? I think there is. You might need to turn that on and turn off the numbering system in publisher. Not sure if that makes sense.
