when i hover over anything in my toolbar the annoying tooltip pops up obscuring what i am trying to see,i know you can turn off popup descriptions which is handy, but why not all? (stupid windows!)i have searched the web but cannot find any suitable registry tweak,maybe it's not possible.can anybody help?

microsoft should rethink this one.
