Hi,

I connect my LG U8360 phone to computer via USB, it installed all software from cd it came with.
The computer recognizes that the phone is connected and said it was installed correctly.
I can communicate with it, I have been able to send and receive address book information, using the LG Phone Manger software.
I am unable to open the drive in "my computer" it is Removable Disk E:/ to transfer photos.
The photos are stored in internal memory, there is a external memory flash drive memory slot on the phone, although I don't have a flash card in. I also understand that I should be able to view the internal memory without the need of a flash card in.
I have restarted and reinstalled many times to no success. And the 100 page manual says nothing.

Thanks if anyone can help.
