I am using a wireless card in my PC just so I don't have to put another hole in my wall. It used to work but then stopped after I loaded Norton's Internet Securities. It will now say that it has access to the access point but not to the internet. Also I can no longer find my IP and Windows' self fix-it can't either. I've tried formating (its still really new so no major loss there) but that hasn't worked either and I've tried it without loading Norton's yet. I assume the problem is that there is no IP but I don't know how to fix that.

I did reinstall the drivers, and I found that I do have an IP but still it says that it is connected to the access point but can't access the internet. I've also emailed Linksys but they haven't responded yet.

could you do start > run > cmd > ipconfig /all > c:\ipconfig.txt then attach that text file with your next post?
