XP OS will not boot......."Y~Y~" ?

One of my HDD's will not boot the XP OS after the bios.....it just sits ther with "Y~Y~" at the bottom of the screen????

i don't know what this means.....i don't get any bleeps or error messages.

SOMEBODY HELP ME PLEASE :tazz:

It really has a Y~Y~ at the bottom? Or are you trying to describe something?

This sounds like a video card error more than anything else if you do indeed see a Y~Y~

Do you have a second videocard laying around?
