Hi, having problems with windows security centre. When I start my computer I get a red ballon in the task bar from windows security alerts showing my virus protection (NTL Netguard) and firewall (ZA) are turned off, but there both running.

Anyone think they can help

Click start then control panel, security centre, change the way security centre alerts me and remove the ticks, click OK
