Hi becham!

right-click MY COMPUTER and select PROPERTIES. In the new window that appears, click on the HARDWARE tab and then click on the DEVICE MANAGER button. Are there any items listed that have yellow exclamation/question marks next to them? If there are, list them here. If there isn't, click the '+' symbol next to SOUND, VIDEO & GAME CONTROLLERS and post here what is listed there. Also post the make and model # of your computer if it is a prebuilt computer you purchased from a store.

Thanks for your lightning quick response. No, I don't have any exclamation marks or questions marks. When click on Sound, video etc listed is: Audio codecs, legacy video capture devices, media control devices, realtek high definition audio and video codecs. Computer is a Packard Bell Pentium purchased about a year ago. Thank you.
