I was recently trying to watch a music video on AOL Music, and it started playing and all I got was a visualisation, and not an actual video. It could be because I just reformated my computer, and something needs to be installed. Earlier, my sound wasn't working, and I managed to fix that. Hopefully someone can help me with this problem.
