When my colleague type anything from the keyboard, there is a name automatically preloaded into an email. How do I disable this? Thanks. The outlook is 2000.

in outlook go to tools > options > mail setup > at the bottom where it says signatures....if the bottom two boxes (signature for new messaes, and signature for replies and forwards) say anything in them...change that to none
