Outlook 2003 Live version not syncing with PALM

When I try to sync outlook live 2003 that is connected to my hotmail with my PALM Tungsten E2 I get these messages. I have tried bothe the standard PALM desktop and Pocket Mirror conduits with no success.

Is it possible to do this operation.
