Hello 123333,

I can see a number of infections on your computer. Please follow all of the steps located here.

That will allow you to clean up 70 percent of all problems by yourself. If at the end of the process you are still having difficulty--and you may not be-- then please post a hijackthis log in the Malware Removal forum.

If you are still having problems after getting a clean bill of health from the malware expert, please return to this thread.

ok of that thread here is what i have done=

-Clean up DL
-couldnt do the ad-aware DL cause i couldnt find the direct link to the DL, so i used ashampoo adware scan w/ mcafee scan

-couldnt do CWShredder cause i cant seem to get into safemode through f8
-as for spybot i DLed it but i couldnt update due to "error #10061 connection refused"
-due to the error i couldnt "search and destroy"
so tech. spybot was crap when it comes to putting it on my computer right now...

i did do 2 online virus scans(the two given)
i ran ewido anti-malware connection for the update couldnt be established
did all that...

couldnt do windows update, gives me the same crap that the yahoo email and WoW is giving me

i did do a new report of hijackthis=

i tried to do as much as i could but the connection problems are hurting the attempt to do all of the stuff in that post

Have you changed your cookie settings in your browser lately? If you have revert back! I come across a simular problem when I was about 10 using Win 2000 ^_^.
