Help computer starting up in safe mode

Can someone help me out my system is booting in safe mode. I have tried running my system recovery disk but to no avail. I have also tried to have it boot in normal mode but that also doesn't work. Help!!!!!!!!!!!

during boot up, tap f8 as the computer starts up, then select the option of booting up into safe mode :tazz:

hi

have you recently installed any new devices or updated any drivers for any devices, just before the problem started if so got into safe mode as instructed in previous post and disable the device that you installed or updated. this could be a driver conflict error.
