I've been reading the strings from those who have problems with Dr Watson and HSA problems. I'm a computer ZERO with the following problem. My computer will not let me access "MY COMPUTER" or any of the recommended download fix programs. I can't open my CONTROL PANEL. I've downloaded some of the repair programs that I've read about. When I download, they end up on my desktop. I can't open any programs that are on my desk top...my computer freezes when I try. I can however open images from my desktop.
Is it time to take it to the COMPUTER STORE or is there hope.
