Ok, i can make a layout in no time. I'M going to be doing this in frontpage as a test. How do i code my layout? I read i need to spilt different parts up in the graphics program so does that mean every individual button, the banner and everything? If so then how do i position the buttons where i need them?

I' a complete noob. Can anyone help or offer any quality links?

First off, dump Frontpage... it's garbage.

I would suggest investing a little time and work with some tutorials.
