"MSN CONTENT PLUS"

I have tried virtually everything to remove this program but to no avail! It does not appear in my Add and Remove Programs list so I cannot delete it that way.

I note that, under processes, it comes up with MSNImport.exe

Please help me solving this problem as I am tearing my hair out trying to get rid of the [bleep] thing!

Thanx, but I wanted to uninstall MSN Content Plus so that the registration page didn't keep coming up, asking me to pay for using the service, and NOT my winks.
