I am having more than my share of frustrations trying to research a solution for a problem I'm having. Basically, I upgraded to Office 2003, and when I did so, apparently something happened in Outlook. When I try to run the program, I get sort of a pop up that says: Configuring Outlook, with four different options that, as far as I can tell, will be executing. The four options are:

Migrating Account Settings
Migrating Preferences
Creating Welcome Message
Importing User Data

But it never appears to get past the first step of Migrating Account Settings. It just hangs around. Is there any solution available? I tried going through the forums but either no one's title was specific enough or I just missed it. Your help, as always, is greatly appreciated.

Which way did you upgrade

Open Word to see if it wants to activate
