AOL?!?!

My girlfriend has a gateway or compaq or something...and try as we might, we cannot remove AOL off her computer...it's just taking up space. I have even alt+ctl+del to just stop the processes from running in the background...this is worse than a virus!!! gaH!!! eVIL!!!
IF you need more information, let me know what ya need and I'll post it up here. THANKS guys...please help :tazz:

Hi there havoceternal, exactly how did you try and remove AOL

Did you goto >control panel >Add/Remove Programs???

What happends when you click "remove"?
