I have another quick Excel 2002 question:

If Excel is given a list of numbers, say all between 10 and 40, can it sort them into groups which you specify (eg. 10-20, 21-30, 31-40) and if so how is this done? I have tried searching Google and Excel help for this, but I haven't turned up exactly what I want to do.

AND on a similar note can Excel make grouped frequency tables - so if you still have, say, your numbers between 10 and 40 and you specify the same groups again can Excel tell you the frequency of numbers from your original list which fit into your groups?

eg.

Numbers: 10, 15, 35, 27, 11, 19

Groups: Frequency:

10-20 4

21-30 1

31-40 1

Thanks :tazz:
