Recently my computer hasn't been opening items on my desktop when i click them. Basically the only things that work are the internet and aim, but with aim all i can do is sign on and then when i try to talk to someone it closes and an error message pops up. I'm quite frustrated with my computer and I need help fixing it. Please give me something to work with to fix it. Sometimes, a message reading "dr watson postmortem debugger" will pop up and other times a message reading "an internal error occurred" will pop up. I also can only download things from the internet like spyware and virus removal progams but i can't install them because an error occurs.
