Recently I can no longer hear sound from a DVD in my DVD-Rom, I use WMP10 to play. I can play music fine, both from my computer and from CD. I have no idea where to start. I looked in Device manager and everything Ok. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

From A DVD in a internal DVD-ROM/CD-R drive on a Toshiba laptop. Sorry for taking so long to reply but I generally use dial-up from home and my modem has givien up the ghost (another prob to fix). I can play music from CD drive or computer and Mpeg files are fine. its just audio I can't get from DVD.
