I am using a dial up system. When emails are loaded, a screen appear that gives me the option of opening or not. I have chosen both options and get the same results--freezing. I always have to restart the system before I able to read messages in the inbox. What should I do to correct this problem?

hello and welcome to geekstogo,
can you please be a little more spacifique, what does the message say when it pops-up. Also have you ever tried using task manger instead of rebooting?
