I recently installed Norton Internet Security 2006, since then I often go on sites and a script error comes up, the URL on the error is file://C:\Documents and Settings\Wayne Cripps\Local Settings\Temp\NDr2A.tmp.html. Can anyone help?

erase your temp files in that directory

Did that, but the html files just come back after I delete them

IN ie, TOOLS > INTERNET OPTIONS > ADVANCED > check DISABLE SCRIPT DEBUGGING

I found an Symantec KB article that says that uninstalling a micirosoft patch can fix this, but in all honesty, if Symantec's products require you to remove a security patch to run its products, that is one product I do not want on my machine.

start > run
regsvr32 c:\windows\system32\jscript.dll
