Confused about My.Yahoo

When I hover on a news item on the My.Yahoo page I get things like aprw~~sfeed~UTF-8. Shows for a second and then goes away. The other day a yellow text box would appear showing a brief summary of the article. Now just this type ofc ode. Is it something new from Yahoo they're trying? Why did it quit working? Something about RSS feeds I think which I know nothing about.

Last week on My Yahoo page, they started putting icons all sites - NY Times, USA Today, etc. If they aren't showing, you might have your security setting too high. That's the only thing I can think of off the bat.
