Try Unlocker from my signature, let unlocker assistant install to run at start up, reboot, check for a wand in the taskbar open the file

You should have this on a right click

Also, if the wand is showing in the taskbar then any attempt to open the file should start Unlocker

New feature: Unlocker Assistant. Unlocker Assistant stays in your system tray bar and automatically launches Unlocker if you are trying to delete/rename/move a file that is locked. So for those who use Unlocker Assistant, no need to right click files or folders anymore. This feature can be deactivated during the install

Use move on boot, start this then drag the file into the move on boot window

This is the screen print of all options on the right mouse click of this file, with unlocker and move on boot installed.

Plus when i try to do it in move on boot, the file name is invalid, it has a # in it, if that matters, but yeah i cant even rename it. Its a really long file name just to mention

Thanks, but really need more help, sorry.

Click start then run, type msconfig then press enter then start up, have you got any new entries, especially with no name / empty square boxes, if you have remove the ticks, click apply and reboot, try the file

Also try booting to safe mode to see if you can remove / rename the file

It cannot be a nice file otherwise those programmes would have dealt with it, also they should have installed differently

Please go here:

Malware Removal Guide

Run all the programmes as advised then post a current Hijack This Log in a new topic in the Malware Forum

For the purpose of accurate malware analysis, Hijack This Logs are only dealt with in the Malware Forum. Posting them anywhere else will result in a delayed response

If you are unable to run any of the programmes, ask for advice in the Malware Forum
