download the newest ones from the manufacturer of your PC's website, or from the vendor who made the videocard

wow, did they stick an old video chip in there....in all liklihood, you probably just need to set the display size
Right click the desktop, choose PROPERTIES, SETTINGS tab and slide the screen resolution tab
(since the tnt2 drivers are built into windows)
if that does not work
start > run
devmgmt.msc
<enter>
Anything with a big yello ! showing?

No yellow ? or !
I already tried sliding over the resolutions tab, it brought everything to a normal size, however the screen is totally off proportions and i cannot get them to a normal size to fit the screen

not sure I follow you...if it is back to normal size, what do you mean by proportion
right click the desktop, choose ARRANGE ICONS BY and select an option

well, the actual picture doesn't fit the screen size.
There is a lot of black on the bottom and sides

right click desktop > properties > desktop tab, choose STRETCH in the right hand drop down menu and OK

you may also need to use the buttons on your monitor to increase the screen size on the monitor istelf...

all that does it make the background image fit, the actual screen size is what doesn't fit

oh, I think I've got you now....sounds like the wrong monitor driver was loaded....
start > run
devmgmt.msc
<enter>
scroll odwn to monitors
waht do you see?

plug and play monitors.
Im guessing thats the standard monitor that came with this computer
