Hello and welcome to the site let's get started..
Please print these instructions out, or write them down, as you can't read them during the fix.
Firstly, I need you to create a folder called C:\HJT.
When you have created the new folder, please move HiJackThis.exe to that folder from the current location you have it. Run it from there.
Now:
Run a scan with HijackThis and check the following objects for removal:
R3 - URLSearchHook: (no name) - _{CFBFAE00-17A6-11D0-99CB-00C04FD64497} - (no file)
O2 - BHO: BHObj Class - {00000010-6F7D-442C-93E3-4A4827C2E4C8} - C:\WINDOWS\nem220.dll (file missing)
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [salm] c:\temp\salm.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Grbnn] C:\Program Files\Aerv\Bdjs.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [an2n9fn4] C:\WINDOWS\System32\an2n9fn4.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Media Gateway] C:\Program Files\Media Gateway\MediaGateway.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [lmhglod] C:\WINDOWS\lmhglod.exe
O16 - DPF: {15AD4789-CDB4-47E1-A9DA-992EE8E6BAD6} - http://static.windup.../bridge-c18.cab
Now close ALL other open windows except for HJT and hit FIX CHECKED.
Next, please reboot your computer in Safe Mode by doing the following:
1) Restart your computer
2) After hearing your computer beep once during startup, but before the Windows icon appears, press F8.
3) Instead of Windows loading as normal, a menu should appear
4) Select the first option, to run Windows in Safe Mode.
Once in Safe Mode, click Start -> Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs and uninstall the following entries if present:
Aerv
Media Gateway
There might be entry named Grbnn - if there is, uninstall it.
Next, navigate to and delete the following files/folders if present:
C:\WINDOWS\ => nem220.dll <=
c:\temp\ => salm.exe <=
C:\Program Files\ => Aerv <=
C:\WINDOWS\System32\ => an2n9fn4.exe <=
C:\Program Files\ => Media Gateway <=
C:\WINDOWS\ => lmhglod.exe <=
Now empty recycle bin.
Reboot back into Normal Windows, then post back with a fresh HijackThis log.
