Dreamweaver Cell Background Alignment Problems

I have started working on a page for a local Genealogical Society using Dreamweaver and it appears that I have some form of alignment problem that I can't seem to figure out.

The site is www.gladwincogensoc.org

Can anyone here take a look at it and tell me what seems to be wrong with it? If you need any other information from me let me know and I'll give it to you ASAP.
