Try to uninstall both printers (start > settings > printers and faxes). Right click the icons and delete. Download and install Ccleaner (it's free). run the analyzer and check for issues. Run it more then once if necessary until all is clean. Now, reinstall the printers. Start with HP and see if it works. If yes, install the Epson.
