Hello,

WHen i am installing Windows to my computer then i am getting a error

and it is the error

a problem has beif this is the first time, restart your pc and if this comes again follow these steps
en detectStop 0x0000007e (0xc0000005, 0xF3EA713B, 0x9E832E8, 0xF9E82FE4)
ed and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer
nv4-mini.sys-ADRESS F8EA713B base at F8E3A000, datestamp 43751a19
What to do ...

Please can some one help me out

at what point during the install do you get that message


( i know i'm sounding like a broken record...but you're 100% sure that it's nvy-mini.sys?)

hehe thank god....that makes it a lot easier...nvy-mini.sys...doesn't exist...give me a few minutes to research...

well..i mean...did you install windows completely...actually log into windows once..install some drivers...then restarted and got the error?

the reason i ask is because "nv4-mini.sys" is part of an nvidia graphics driver

nope mai windows worked fin and now i got the new windows with sp2 and I wantet to install that in to my pc but then i got this error.

so you had a working version of windows...you ot a windows disk that already had sp2 on it and you tried to install sp2 by reinstalling windows?

nope mai old Xp have not sp2

the windows i have right now is

Microsoft Windows XP pro 2002
with sp1
English Languag

The Windows I want to install is
Windows Xp pro 2005
with Sp2

English laguag

.....you don't have to reinstall windows to get a service pack....the service pack can be obtained by going to the windows update page...


describe EXACTLY what you've don and what you're trying to do
