.....you don't have to reinstall windows to get a service pack....the service pack can be obtained by going to the windows update page...
describe EXACTLY what you've don and what you're trying to do


i know but i have not permession to update mai windows and i asked around and found out that the windows version was pirate then i buyed the new one.

ok...you had windows.....tried to update it...turned out to be pirated...you said "can't do that"...went out bought a GOOD VERSION of xp...that already has SP2 on it....tried to install it (how...this is the process i want you to explain)...and you get the error

I buyed the pc from someone with windows inside on in
and the windows was Windows Xp pro 2002 English
after some times i realist that mai Windows couldn't update and i asked around and foud out that the windows version was pirate.

and now i have buyed the new windows Windows XP pro 2005 with sp2

and when i am trying to install it i am getting this error :tazz:

i hope you can help me

you booted to the cd....

now...did you format the drive? or just reinstall windows on the same partition?

ok..so you've got windows fully installed correct?

you can boot into safe mode...but normal mode give you the nv4 error correct?

you need to update the drivers for your video card
