Hi I am new at this but I got this site from my girl friend, I need help to clean up my computer, it shuts down on it's own and it's freezes up on me I have alot of pop ups all the time, I have ran a free scan and it showed up [bleep] sites on the computer that I also need help cleaning up...but with the free scan it won't clean up the computer until you pay for it and I don't have the money right now. I am unable to work right now. but i hope you can help me in cleaning every thing out of my computer i would really appreciate it.

Please go to the malware forum and follow the instructions at the top....Especially the CLICK HERE .

That will give you several steps that will help you clean up 70 percent of all problems by yourself. If at the end of the process you are still having difficulty--and you may not be-- then post a hijackthis log in THAT forum.

If you are still having problems after getting a clean bill of health from the malware expert, please return to this thread.
