I am not sure why but all of a sudden after i reinstalled windows this messeage keeps coming up. I need help. The message is. c:\documents and settings\owner\desktop is not accessible. Access is denied

Hi benny boy...

You need to take ownership of the folder. Take Ownership of Files and Folders.
