A friend of mine is having a problem installing real player. Service pack 2 is telling her that any file that is of type exe could be malicious.. and it does not even let her unzip the file.

How do you turn this feature off if you know the file you want to install is virus free?

I'm not running SP2 so it's hard for me to tell her fix the problem remotely.

Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks pet :tazz:
