Help with Virus bloodhound.W32.EP and kernell32.dll

I have contacted Microsoft, Dell, Symantec. These are the steps I have done.

1. Per Microsoft the virus was created by Symantec. I was told to uninstall then re-install Norton. I am unable to re-install Norton.
2. Cannot log onto IE in safe mode.
3. Ran numerous spyware/malware programs i.e Spybot, Ad-Aware, AVG and found nothing, but I still cant connect to IE without an error message. Error message allows me to send a report or not to send. If I send a report I get routed to a microsoft crash analysis webpage. If I choose dont send I get kicked out.

PLEASE HELP!!!!

Please go to the malware forum and follow the instructions at the top....Especially the CLICK HERE .

That will give you several steps that will help you clean up 70 percent of all problems by yourself. If at the end of the process you are still having difficulty--and you may not be-- then post a hijackthis log in THAT forum.

If you are still having problems after getting a clean bill of health from the malware expert, please return to this thread.
