Copying MP3 Files from CD to Comp

I have all of my music on MP3 cds. I am trying to put them into Itunes. So I put the cds in, and just drag the files into a My Documents Folder.
Every once in a while I get an error notice that says
"Cannot copy *name of song* Invalid MS-DOS function"
Whats going on?
