The solid black dot is against western european(iso) there is an option for cyrillic (windows) also

OK...changed to Unicode....nothing changed, still J's. Logged off and rebooted...it has now defaulted back to western european (iso) with cyrillic (windows) as one of the unchecked options...oh, and still J's
