I have a black destop screen which states"Warning! Your in danger!..... looks like a advertisement and has a link. please help me

HijackThis is running from a temporary folder.

1. Create a folder on the C: drive called C:\HJT

2. Now Download HijackThis v 1.99.1 to the new folder you have just created, please unzip HijackThis and allways run HJT from this folder.
When you run HijackThis from this folder and have it "Fixed checked" it will create a backup file of modifications to use if restore is necessary.

3. Copy and paste this post into a new text document and save it to your
Desktop. You may want to print this information.

Please set your system to show all files; Click her if you're unsure how do I do that.

Close all programs down, leaving only HijackThis running.
Place a check against the following items:

Click on Fix Checked and exit HijackThis.

Reboot into Safe Mode: see here if you don't know how to do this.

Using Windows Explorer, locate the following files/folders, and delete them:

C:\WINDOWS\System32\qnkdu.dll<--Delete this file
C:\WINDOWS\Meruoq.exe<--Delete this file
C:\WINDOWS\System32\cwtdgan.exe<--Delete this file
C:\PROGRA~1\VBouncer\VirtualBouncer.exe<--Delete the whole folder
C:\WINDOWS\System32\spoolsrv32.exe<--Delete this file. WARNING!!! do not delete any other spools file only the one in bold.

Exit Explorer, and reboot as normal afterwards.

ok did what was told. you did mention something about windows me. i run xp. didnt know if you made a mistake or not. i did all which was told and this is what Hijack came up with. i still do have the message on my desktop about the warning. thanks again for all your help:

Close all programs down, leaving only HijackThis running.
Place a check against the following items:

O9 - Extra button: (no name) - {08B0E5C0-4FCB-11CF-AAA5-00401C608501} - C:\WINDOWS\System32\msjava.dll (file missing)
O9 - Extra 'Tools' menuitem: Sun Java Console - {08B0E5C0-4FCB-11CF-AAA5-00401C608501} - C:\WINDOWS\System32\msjava.dll (file missing)
O20 - Winlogon Notify: igfxcui - C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\igfxsrvc.dll

Click on Fix Checked and exit HijackThis.

Reboot into Safe Mode: see here if you don't know how to do this.

Using Windows Explorer, locate the following files/folders, and delete them:

C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\igfxsrvc.dll

Exit Explorer, and reboot as normal afterwards.

Post back a fresh HijackThis log and we'll take another look.

Download, run, check for updates, download updates, select all, protect against checked. All done. Check for updates every couple of weeks. If you have any errors running the program like a missing file see the link at the bottom of the javacool page.

These next two steps are optional, but will provide the greatest protection.
