Internet exporer only loads half of images

I'm not getting the little red x, only a half loaded image. I have attached a thumbnail of the picture link. I will post the half loaded picture I get.

When I click on teh thumbnail I have included in teh previous post, this is the picture I get. AS you can see, it is only half loaded

I guess so.......my computer has been lagging for a while now.....but I noticed this problem last week or so.
