Does anyone here have an ati x700 and play cs:source, if so, what kind of fps are you getting?

That would depend on the rest of someone elses computer and what settingss they run the game, an x700 will run it quite well on medium, can manage medium to high in places depending on the rest of your setup.

Well the reason I was asking this is because I was only getting 30-40 fps on cs:source but I fixed that by changing my resolution from 1024x768 to 1200x960 or whatever it is, not I get 40 to 70 fps

Newer cards have more trouble with the lower resolutions now as they arent designed for them because no one would willingly run a game at that over a better res.
