My daughter just got a new built Dell. I installed the wireless card in it, and now it won't go past the welcome screen. I don't know what to do.

Hello jwlfy...

Remove the wireless card (I'm guessing it's a PCI card?). (Unplug the machine before doing this)

Power the machine on and install the drivers for the card (cd or floppy that came with the card), shut down and unplug the computer, reinstall the wireless card, and power back up. Windows should detect the new device and install it.
